Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage with prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct virtual meetings and product presentations.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1+ years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Sales, Customer Success, or EdTech Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹402,815.34 - ₹1,518,275.65 per year
