Senior Bulk Tea Sales Manager – Maharashtra & South India
Nalbari Agro Pvt. Ltd., a leading Assam-based tea manufacturer and private label packer, is looking for an experienced Senior Bulk Tea Sales Manager to drive bulk tea sales across Maharashtra and South India.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand bulk tea sales in Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Goa.
Build strong relationships with tea wholesalers, distributors, blenders, manufacturers, hotels, retailers, exporters, and private label buyers.
Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term customers.
Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in bulk tea sales or the tea industry.
Strong network of tea buyers and B2B customers in Maharashtra and South India.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Experience in CTC, Orthodox, Green Tea, and Private Label Tea Packaging will be preferred.
