About the Role
We’re looking for smart and vibrant Academic Counsellors who are ready to guide students
toward the right creative career path. You’ll connect, consult, and convert potential into
enrollment from day one.
What You’ll Do
Guide student journeys – Counsel students and parents on courses, career scope, and
industry opportunities in media, design, and VFX
Drive admissions – Handle inquiries, conduct campus visits, present program details, and
support students through the enrollment process
Own targets – Take responsibility for lead follow-ups, conversion metrics, and monthly
admission goals
Market & outreach exposure – Represent AMD at education fairs, school/college
seminars, and webinars to build awareness and leads
Report & review – Maintain CRM updates, share weekly insights on leads and conversions,
and present monthly reviews on KPIs and initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Mindset: Smart, vibrant, empathetic, and persuasive. You listen to “why” and love showing
students “how”
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, and comfort with MS Excel/Google
Sheets and CRM tools. Presentation skills are a plus
Attitude: High energy, ownership mindset, and ability to thrive in target-driven,
people-focused environments
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
