Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in the Education & Training industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proven ability to achieve monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, referrals, and other sales activities.
- Counsel prospective students regarding training programs and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into admissions while maintaining a high conversion ratio.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students until enrollment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and clients.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate records of leads and admissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and educational events whenever required.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the Education & Training sector.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, or Educational Consultancy will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
