5+ years of professional experience in Python development with strong expertise in backend systems and API development. Proven ability to guide teams, lead code reviews, and contribute to technical architecture and design decisions.
As a Senior Python Developer at TISSA Technology, you will play a key role in building and maintaining robust backend services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, lead code reviews, and ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Django, or Flask
- Lead code reviews and ensure best practices for coding, performance, and security
- Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Mentor junior developers and support technical decision-making
- Troubleshoot performance issues and resolve production incidents
