Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to design attractive in-store displays. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of style, knowledge of current retail trends, and the ability to create visually appealing product presentations that drive sales.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain attractive window and in-store displays
- Arrange products and merchandise according to brand guidelines
- Plan seasonal and promotional displays
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product placement
- Ensure store layout is clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Work closely with store managers and sales teams
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
- Assist in visual campaigns and store events
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role
- Strong creativity and attention to detail
- Knowledge of visual design principles and retail merchandising
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic knowledge of design software is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion, Retail, Design, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of retail/visual merchandising experience preferred
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
