We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive to drive online marketing initiatives for real estate projects, residential and commercial properties, and lead generation campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for managing digital advertising, social media presence, SEO, content marketing, and marketing automation to generate qualified property inquiries and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns for real estate projects.
- Generate qualified leads through paid advertising and organic marketing channels.
- Optimize landing pages and lead capture forms to improve conversion rates.
- Coordinate with sales teams to track lead quality and conversion performance.
Paid Advertising
- Manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads.
- Run social media advertising campaigns on Meta Business Suite.
- Monitor campaign budgets, CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR, and ROI.
- Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and remarketing campaigns.
SEO & Website Management
- Improve website rankings through on-page and off-page SEO.
- Perform keyword research focused on real estate searches.
- Optimize project pages, blogs, and landing pages.
- Coordinate website updates and content publishing.
Social Media Marketing
- Manage company profiles across social media platforms.
- Create engaging content including property listings, project updates, videos, and customer testimonials.
- Build brand awareness and community engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
Content Marketing
- Develop content for blogs, project brochures, newsletters, and email campaigns.
- Create SEO-friendly content targeting property buyers and investors.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for marketing creatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and CRM systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
- Analyze traffic, leads, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
