Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up VMC machines (Mazak & Mitsubishi Control).
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Perform tool setting, workpiece setting, and machine offsets.
- Measure components using precision instruments and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Monitor machining operations and maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping.
- Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Mazak & Mitsubishi Control.
- Strong engineering drawing reading skills.
- Good knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.
- Understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and tolerances.
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming/editing is an advantage.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machining issues.
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in Press Tool, Jigs & Fixtures, Dies, Moulds, or Tool Room Manufacturing.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good discipline and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
