Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and requirement gathering.
- Identify suitable machine vision, AI inspection, robotics, and automation solutions based on customer needs.
- Coordinate feasibility studies, sample collection, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with the engineering team.
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and solution discussions.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, purchase orders, and commercial closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, OEMs, consultants, and system integrators.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams for successful project execution.
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and periodic sales reports.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Automation, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Automation, Robotics, Machine Vision, SPMs, Packaging Machinery, Capital Equipment, or related industrial products.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively across India for customer visits and project discussions.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience in Machine Vision, AI-based Inspection Systems, Industrial Cameras, Robotics, Sensors, PLCs, or Factory Automation.
- Existing customer network in Automotive, FMCG, Food, Pharma, Packaging, Plastics, or Engineering industries.
- Experience in solution selling and consultative sales.
