Position Overview:
Radharani Jewellers is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee and manage the complete operations of three jewellery showrooms across two locations: two stores in Mathura and one in Ghaziabad. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with strong management skills, retail expertise, and a proven track record in the jewellery business.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Management & Operations:
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of three showrooms, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company standards
- Manage store staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and development
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and quality standards across all locations
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock rotation, and loss prevention measures
- Monitor store cleanliness, security, and visual merchandising standards
Sales & Revenue Management:
- Drive sales growth and meet/exceed monthly and annual sales targets across all three stores
- Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns
- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs for each store location
- Identify market opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Manage pricing, discounts, and special offers in line with company policies
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets for all three stores
- Control operational expenses and maximize profitability
- Manage cash handling, banking procedures, and financial reconciliation
- Monitor and report on financial performance regularly
- Ensure proper accounting and documentation of all transactions
Customer Service & Relationships:
- Maintain high standards of customer service across all locations
- Build and strengthen customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Handle customer complaints and grievances professionally
- Oversee warranty and after-sales service quality
Staff Management & Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing team across all three locations
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Schedule staff efficiently, considering customer traffic patterns
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain employee satisfaction
- Address performance issues and implement corrective measures
Compliance & Security:
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies
- Implement and maintain security measures to prevent theft and losses
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping
- Conduct regular audits and internal inspections
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Commerce, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in retail management (jewellery retail preferred)
- Proven track record of managing multiple store locations successfully
- Strong knowledge of jewellery products, purity standards, and pricing
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong analytical and financial management abilities
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in jewellery business and understanding of gold/diamond market
- CRM and inventory management system proficiency
- Marketing and promotional campaign planning
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills

Working Hours:
Flexible management hours as per store operations; 6 days a week with 1 day off
