Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior AR Caller to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Calling, insurance follow-ups, denial management, and payment resolution. The candidate will be responsible for maximizing reimbursements from insurance companies while ensuring timely resolution of outstanding claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls to insurance companies regarding outstanding claims.
- Follow up on unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims to ensure maximum reimbursement.
- Analyze claim status and identify reasons for denials, rejections, and payment delays.
- Work on denied claims and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
- Verify patient eligibility, benefits, and claim status.
- Document call outcomes and maintain accurate records in the billing system.
- Ensure timely resolution of aged claims and reduce AR backlog.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Escalate complex issues to Team Leads or Managers when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and coding-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client-specific guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Experience in AR Calling, Insurance Follow-up, and Denial Management.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial Insurance, and Managed Care plans.
- Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and medical billing software.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling/Medical Billing.
- Experience with physician billing, hospital billing, or specialty billing is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in denial management and appeals will have an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate
- Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 15 days will be given preference.
- Strong understanding of insurance portals and payer guidelines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven track record of achieving productivity and quality targets.
- Willingness to work in US Night Shift.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
