Documentation & CompliancePrepare, audit, and manage critical pre- and post-shipment documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), and Certificates of Origin.Manage Letter of Credit (LC) documents for high-value international transactions.Ensure strict adherence to international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs laws.Handle country-specific import/export licensing and duty drawback documentation.2. Logistics & Supply Chain OperationsCoordinate and negotiate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to optimize cargo movement.Track shipments from origin to destination, proactively resolving delays or issues related to customs.Review and approve freight and forwarding invoices for accuracy.3. Vendor & Customer RelationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers, vendors, and international clients.Communicate shipping schedules, ETAs, and delivery updates to internal stakeholders and clients.Negotiate freight rates and terms to reduce logistical costs while maintaining service standards.
