Core Responsibilities
- Guest Service & Interaction: Greeting and seating guests, presenting menus, and providing personalised recommendations based on menu knowledge.
- Order Management: Accurately taking food and beverage orders, answering queries about ingredients or preparation, and upselling specials or complementary drinks.
- Service Execution: Serving meals and drinks at the correct temperature, ensuring appropriate cutlery is provided, and refilling beverages as needed.
- Dining Area Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness by clearing tables promptly, resetting setups for new guests, and ensuring the overall hygiene of the dining area.
- Operational Preparation: Performing mise-en-place (preparing service areas and equipment) and mise-en-scène (ensuring the space looks aesthetically ready) before the establishment opens.
- Financial Transactions: Presenting bills, processing payments via cash or card, and maintaining accurate records of sales.
- Complaint Resolution: Addressing guest complaints or dissatisfaction professionally and escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
Essential Skills
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with both guests and kitchen staff.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and move for extended periods, especially during peak hours.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
