Job Overview
We are looking for a Unity Developer with hands-on experience in building AR/VR/MR applications and real-time interactive 3D systems. The role involves working on simulation-based projects, performance optimization, and immersive environment development using Unity.
You will work closely with designers and engineers to build stable, high-performance applications used in industrial and simulation environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop applications using Unity3D and C#
- Build AR/VR/MR interactive simulation systems
- Work on rendering, lighting, shaders, and visual effects
- Optimize performance (frame rate, memory usage, and rendering efficiency)
- Integrate 3D assets, animations, UI systems, and plugins
- Debug and fix gameplay, rendering, and performance issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements
- Maintain clean and scalable code
Required Skills
- Unity3D and C# programming experience
- Understanding of AR/VR/MR development basics
- Knowledge of rendering pipelines (URP/HDRP)
- Familiarity with lighting, shaders, and optimization techniques
- Experience with physics systems and performance tuning
- Basic knowledge of Git/version control
- Understanding of 3D assets and animation workflows
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
Experience Required
1–3 years, with demonstrable project work in AR/VR or real-time 3D (portfolio required)
Education
- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Eng in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields
- MCA from a recognized university
Location
Hyderabad
Work Mode
Full time, On-site at our Hyderabad Office — required for hands-on access to AR/VR hardware and industrial simulation systems

Negotiable based on skills and experience
