Ivalua Application Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Ivalua Application Administrator to join our team and lead the design, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise Ivalua solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in the Ivalua platform, deep functional knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, and hands-on experience with ERP integrations.
This role requires a techno-functional professional capable of independently managing solution design, troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating across teams, and ensuring smooth procurement operations across global business units.
Key Responsibilities/Your role:
1. Ivalua Support & Issue Resolution

Act as the primary point of contact for Ivalua-related functional and technical support.

Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues logged through ticketing systems such as Jira.

Investigate root causes and provide timely resolutions for system defects, process issues, and integration failures.

Escalate unresolved or critical issues to AMS partners or Ivalua support teams and track them through closure.
2. Solution Design & Configuration

Design, configure, and enhance Ivalua modules based on business requirements.

Translate procurement process requirements into scalable Ivalua solutions aligned with best practices.

Configure workflows, business rules, forms, approval chains, master data logic, and integrations.

Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend optimized design approaches.
3. Integration Management

Collaborate closely with ERP teams to resolve integration-related issues.

Support integration design involving APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), CSV/XML interfaces, and middleware connectivity.

Validate data exchange flows between Ivalua and external enterprise systems.
4. Stakeholder Coordination

Work with internal business users, procurement teams, IT teams, AMS vendors, and third-party partners.

Coordinate with external support teams for deeper technical investigations.

Ensure alignment between business expectations and delivered system capabilities.
5. Documentation & Continuous Improvement

Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, solution design documents, and knowledge base articles.

Track recurring issues and recommend process and system improvements.

Support release management, testing cycles, defect triaging, and production deployment validation.
Your team:
You will be part of a team of 100 colleagues within the ICT Applications department. Together, the team develops, maintains, and supports the Ivalua platform from an IT perspective.
You will be part of the ICT Application Supply team and will collaborate closely with colleagues and internal stakeholders while working alongside experienced team members who support professional growth and continuous learning.
Required Qualifications:

5–8 years of relevant experience with procurement technology.

Strong hands-on experience in Ivalua configuration and solution design.

L3 certification in Ivalua modules.

Solid understanding of S2P / P2P procurement processes.

Knowledge of Ivalua modules such as:

Experience working with:

REST / SOAP APIs

XML / CSV integrations

Web services and interface troubleshooting

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Prior experience in global multi-country Ivalua implementations.

Exposure to AMS support models and ticket management processes.

Experience with SQL queries, data troubleshooting, and interface validations.

Knowledge of Agile (SAFe) ways of working.
