We are looking for a IT Support Engineer to support and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of networking, Security Best Practices, cloud technologies, and end-user support, with a willingness to learn new technologies. Responsibilities: Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, Windows/Linux systems, and user issues. Assist in managing Microsoft 365, Entra ID, user accounts, SSO, MFA, and access control. Support FortiGate firewalls, VPNs, Cisco switches, Wi-Fi access points, and network troubleshooting. Monitor and maintain Bitdefender EDR, Trend Micro email security. Manage Engine Endpoint Central. Assist with AWS, OpenStack, server infrastructure, and asset management. Manage IT tickets through Jira and support GitHub/GitLab/Confluence/Jira access management. Maintain IT documentation and assist with information security and compliance activities. Participate in information security initiatives, audits (ISO), and compliance-related activities. Preferred Skills: Exposure to FortiGate, AWS, Azure, Bitdefender, Trend Micro, Jira, GitHub, or GitLab. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+, Microsoft Fundamentals (AZ900)
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 0–2 years of IT support or system administration experience. Basic knowledge of Networking, Windows/Linux, Microsoft 365, IT Security, and Cloud technologies. Good troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
