Reports to: Service Manager
Experience: 3-6 Years in 2W Automobile Service
Qualification: Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical
Key Responsibilities:
1. Workshop Floor Management
1. Supervise daily workflow of technicians across all bays
2. Allocate jobs to technicians based on skill, TAT and priority
3. Ensure proper job card closure, billing and vehicle movement on floor
4. Monitor TAT for each job - Periodic, Accident, Warranty, AMC
5. Maintain 5S, safety and housekeeping standards on shop floor
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
