Job Summary:
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our real estate projects. The role involves maintaining financial records, handling invoices, customer collections, vendor payments, reconciliations, and supporting the finance team in project accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment documents.
- Manage customer receipts, booking amounts, and outstanding collections.
- Follow up on customer payments as per payment schedules.
- Handle vendor bills, purchase invoices, and payment processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain records related to sales bookings, agreements, and collections.
- Coordinate with sales, CRM, purchase, and project teams for financial data.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Prepare MIS reports related to collections, expenses, and project accounts.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Skills & Requirements:
- Experience in accounting, preferably in real estate/construction industry.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic taxation.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP/other).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical ability.
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent.
Experience:
- 5 years preferred (real estate/construction experience an advantage).

- Fixed Salary (as per experience)
