Job Summary
Catalyst Education is hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Telecallers to connect with prospective students, explain our courses, generate qualified leads, and schedule counselling appointments. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from assigned leads.
- Explain course features, career benefits, and admission procedures.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule counselling appointments.
- Follow up with interested candidates to maximize admissions.
- Handle inbound enquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Update customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the Academic Counselling and Sales teams for smooth admission processing.
- Build positive relationships with students through excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Any Degree.
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Customer Service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in Malayalam and basic English is preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
