Job Summary
Zana Lake Resort, Udaipur is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Front Office Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and prior experience in hotel front office operations to deliver exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle room reservations, registrations, and guest billing accurately.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest queries, requests, and concerns.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain updated knowledge of room availability, hotel facilities, and ongoing promotions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Prepare daily reports, cashier reports, and shift handover documents.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Follow hotel SOPs and brand standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Upsell hotel services and facilities wherever applicable.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office operations in a reputed hotel.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
