Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment to manage end-to-end
hiring activities across the organization. The candidate should have experience in both blue-collar and
white-collar recruitment, bulk hiring, team management, and timely closure of manpower
requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Understand manpower requisitions from department heads and prepare recruitment plans
accordingly.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, consultants, references, and local recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate final interviews with department heads.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per agreed timelines.
Blue-Collar & White-Collar Hiring
- Handle recruitment for blue-collar workforces such as Surveyors, technicians, operators, helpers, warehouse staff, field employees etc.
- Manage recruitment for white-collar positions including executives, supervisors, engineers, coordinators, and managerial staff.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate database for ongoing hiring requirements.
Bulk Hiring
- Plan and execute bulk hiring drives for large-scale manpower requirements.
- Coordinate walk-in interviews, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns.
- Maintain recruitment pipelines to ensure availability of talent for
Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as:
o Open positions
o Positions closed
o Time-to-hire
o Offer acceptance ratio
o Joining ratio
o Recruitment productivity.
o Provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenge
Onboarding Support
- Coordinate joining formalities and documentation.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records and recruitment documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Proven experience in blue-collar, white-collar, and bulk hiring.
- Experience in handling and managing recruitment teams.
Skills Required
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team handling abilities.
- Expertise in bulk recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.

Preferred Industry: Logistics, Shipping, Marine Services, Manufacturing.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
