Job Description
We are looking for a confident and fluent English-speaking International Sales Executive to handle our USA and UK markets.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international/overseas sales, excellent English communication skills, and be comfortable working in a night shift aligned with USA & UK business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales activities for USA and UK clients.
- Communicate with prospects and existing customers through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.
- Identify new business opportunities within the USA and UK markets.
Requirements
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in International Sales / Overseas Sales.
- Experience handling USA and/or UK clients will be highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Confident in making international sales calls.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, email, and online communication tools.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts according to USA & UK business timings.
- Candidates based in Surat or willing to work from Surat are preferred.
