Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development
- Promote and sell sizing beams and related textile accessories to weaving and processing units.
- Identify new customers and develop long-term business relationships.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Engagement
- Visit textile mills, weaving units, and factories to understand customer requirements.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical explanations of sizing beams.
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and order closures.
- Technical Support & Consultation
- Advise customers on suitable sizing beam specifications (size, material, compatibility with sizing machines).
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve customer issues or customization requests.
- Order Management
- Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and ensure timely order confirmation.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams for on-time delivery.
- Ensure proper documentation and payment follow-ups.
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Report market insights and sales performance to management.
- After-Sales Support
- Ensure customer satisfaction after delivery.
- Handle complaints, warranty issues, or replacement requests.
- Maintain long-term relationships for repeat business.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
- Prepare regular sales reports, visit reports, and forecasts.
- Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions and exhibitions.
- Compliance & Ethics
- Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer agreements.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
