The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring both white-collar and blue-collar employees across various departments. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for white-collar (engineers, executives, managers) and blue-collar (technicians, operators, helpers) roles
- Source candidates through job portals, field hiring, references, and agencies
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and follow up on feedback
- Manage bulk hiring requirements for projects and sites
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Conduct background verification and document collection
- Ensure timely onboarding and joining formalities
- Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
- Qualification - MBA in HR
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
