Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and analyze legal documents and agreements.
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Assist in contract management and documentation.
- Support compliance, due diligence, and corporate governance activities.
- Prepare legal notices, reports, and case summaries.
- Coordinate with internal departments for legal documentation.
Eligibility
- Final-year LLB / BA LLB / BBA LLB / LLM students or recent graduates.
- Strong understanding of Corporate Law and Contract Law.
- Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation.
