As a Captain, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by overseeing table service and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will lead a team of service staff, manage daily operations, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating the service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring accurate and timely service.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues to maintain satisfaction.
- Providing menu recommendations and upselling food and beverages.
- Ensuring cleanliness and proper table settings in the dining area.
- Training and mentoring junior service staff.
- Assisting in inventory checks and reporting any shortages to management.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
