We are looking for a confident Customer Relationship Executive to join our interior designing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for client interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our interior design services.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate with the design and operations teams for meetings and updates.
- Maintain client records .
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge .
- Experience in telesales or customer service preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
