Role Overview
An Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of interior fit-out works at site, ensuring quality, timelines, and coordination between all stakeholders including contractors, vendors, and designers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Execution & Supervision
- Supervise all interior works including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and finishing.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily site activities and maintain progress reports.
2. Coordination
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, and consultants for smooth execution.
- Manage multiple contractors and ensure proper workflow sequencing.
- Conduct regular site meetings and update stakeholders.
3. Quality Control
- Ensure materials and workmanship meet required quality standards.
- Conduct stage-wise inspections and rectify defects.
- Maintain checklists for each stage of execution.
4. Time Management
- Track project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Identify delays and take corrective actions.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
5. Material Management
- Monitor material delivery, storage, and usage at site.
- Ensure proper handling to avoid damage or wastage.
- Verify quantities as per BOQ.
6. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure safety standards and site protocols are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organized site conditions.
- Comply with local regulations and building codes.
7. Documentation
- Maintain site records including drawings, approvals, and reports.
- Track changes and update as-built drawings if required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred).
Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, or related field.
- 1–2+ years of experience in interior site supervision.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
