Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to manage and support our projects across multiple sites. The role involves coordinating between internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor multiple projects across locations
- Act as a single point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion
- Follow up on material dispatch, site readiness, and installation progress
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Identify and escalate delays or issues impacting project timelines
- Support billing and documentation related to project completion
- Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements
- Monitor project timelines and ensure completion of projects within the committed schedule.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination (preferably in industrial or infrastructure projects)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of site operations and installation processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
