Telecaller – Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining services, and generating leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Explain company services and offers clearly
- Generate leads and schedule appointments
- Maintain proper call records and follow-ups
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
- Achieve daily/weekly targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
- Experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
