Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for industrial products
- Generate new leads and identify business opportunities
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending orders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Maintain daily call reports and sales data
- Achieve monthly sales targets
