Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee and manage the company's fleet operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum vehicle utilization, timely deliveries, driver management, maintenance planning, compliance, and cost control while maintaining high operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the company's fleet.
- Monitor vehicle utilization and ensure maximum fleet productivity.
- Coordinate vehicle allocation based on operational requirements.
- Manage and supervise drivers, route planning, and scheduling.
- Track vehicle movement using GPS and fleet management systems.
- Ensure timely preventive maintenance, servicing, and repairs.
- Monitor fuel consumption and implement fuel cost control measures.
- Maintain records of RC, Insurance, Fitness Certificate, Pollution Certificate (PUC), Permits, and other statutory documents.
- Ensure compliance with RTO regulations and company policies.
- Investigate vehicle breakdowns, accidents, and incidents and take corrective actions.
- Coordinate with vendors and service centers for vehicle maintenance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet performance reports.
- Monitor fleet expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and driver discipline.
- Support audits and maintain fleet-related documentation.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Operations is an added advantage).
- Minimum 3–8 years of experience in fleet management or logistics operations.
- Experience managing commercial vehicles, EV fleets, or transportation operations.
- Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, transportation regulations, and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, GPS tracking systems, and fleet management software.
- Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
CTC: As per company standards and candidate experience.
Job Location - Bengaluru
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
