Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to develop and manage relationships with vendors, retailers, and small business owners. The role involves identifying potential borrowers, promoting Apaar Finance's 100-day business loan product, assisting customers through the loan process, and achieving monthly business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit vendors, retailers, and small businesses in assigned territories.
- Identify customers with short-term working capital requirements.
- Explain Apaar Finance's loan products and benefits.
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist customers with documentation and loan applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily activities.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, banking, NBFC, fintech, insurance, or financial services.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a sales mindset may also apply.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and local travel.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
