Indeed is seeking a Senior Accountant to join our growing Accounting team. If you have excellent technical skills and high attention to detail this may be the role for you!
The senior accountant's responsibilities include preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger, preparing tax returns, assisting with audit preparations, and performing other accounting duties as assigned.

Responsible for month-end financial reporting and accounting tasks, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports

Responsible for benefits accounting including: health insurance, fringe and contracted labor accounting

Suggest, craft and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency

Prepare and review reconciliations and reports

Prepare variance analyses for internal and external partners

Other duties as assigned

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience; or a PhD without experience

Excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills with excellent influencing and persuasive talents

Adept at multitasking, with great attention to detail and time-management skills

Proficient in Excel

Self-directed with a positive "can-do" attitude

Prior work experience in a multinational, multi-currency company

The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.
