Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and the ability to generate and convert leads into business opportunities. The role involves handling inquiries, building client relationships, follow-ups, and assisting the sales team in achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries
- Generate and qualify leads
- Follow up with potential clients and prospects
- Explain company services and offerings professionally
- Maintain client relationships and regular communication
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management
- Attend meetings, presentations, and client discussions when required
Required Skills :
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of sales process and customer handling
- Confidence in phone calls and meetings
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM/software tools preferred
