Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Accounting team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in budget planning, monitoring financial performance, supporting accounting operations, and ensuring financial compliance. This role plays a critical part in driving cost efficiency and supporting sound financial decision-making across the organization.
1. Budget Planning & Forecasting
- Assist in creating annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
- Develop financial models to forecast expenses and revenues.
- Analyze variances between actuals and budgets.
2. Budget Monitoring & Control
- Track departmental spending vs. budget on a regular basis.
- Check Purchases with allocated Budgets prior to committing to vendors
- Identify trends, flag overspending, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and limits.
3. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze cost structures and provide insights to reduce inefficiencies.
- Create report formats and generate reports for leadership to support strategic decisions.
4. Internal Controls & Audit Support
- Issue reports to support adherence to financial controls and approval hierarchies.
- Provide data and documentation during audits or financial reviews.
5. Tools & Systems Management
- Be proficient with automation and tools like Excel and Tally systems to manage financial data.
- Automate reports and streamline financial tracking processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Analysis, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or accounting.
- Proficiency in Excel at advanced level -and financial systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹462,955.42 - ₹700,000.00 per year
