- Diagnose Issues: Find electrical faults using digital multimeters, scanners, and oscilloscopes.
- Repair and Replace: Fix or swap out broken wiring, alternators, starters, ignition components, and fuses.
- Service Systems: Maintain and repair air conditioning, power windows, anti-lock brakes (ABS), and lighting.
- Read Diagrams: Analyze complex electrical schematics and blueprints to trace circuits.
- Cost Estimates: Write up repair orders, estimate parts and labor costs, and explain findings to customers
