Salary: 5.0 - 6.0 lac per Annum or As per knowledge & experience
Job Description
The Site Incharge / EIC will be responsible for overall execution, coordination and quality delivery of the construction project, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, timelines and safety standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
1.Take full responsibility for execution of construction work as per approved drawings, specifications and
company standards.
2.Conduct site readiness checks and ensure all required permits, approvals and resources are available beforeexecution.
3.Plan and supervise daily construction activities and allocate manpower, materials and equipment effectively.
4.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and site engineers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
5.Monitor delivery, storage and handling of materials to prevent damage, wastage and shortages.
6.Ensure all materials used at site meet approved specifications and quality requirements.
7.Maintain quality control through regular inspections, testing and task completion checklists.
8.Identify defects or deviations and implement corrective actions immediately.
9.Enforce health, safety and environmental regulations and maintain safe working conditions at site.
10.Monitor project progress against schedule and provide regular updates to Head Office and stakeholders.
11.Review site reports, measurements, and resource planning to ensure productivity and cost control.
12.Resolve technical, execution and coordination issues during construction.
13.Ensure effective communication between Head Office, consultants, contractors and site team.
14.Implement waste minimization and material recycling practices on site.
15.Develop procedures for waste segregation and train workers on proper material handling.
16.Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to improve material utilization and reduce wastage.
17.Ensure project completion within planned time, budget and required quality standards.
18.Maintain records in ERP Software.
19.Contractor & Materials bill approval.
Required Skills
●Strong leadership and site management capability
●Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
●Computer skills (Autocad, Excel, Word, MS Project) & ERP Knowledge.
●Knowledge of construction methods, materials and safety standards
●Strong reporting and documentation skills
●Ability to manage multiple teams and deadlines
●Flexibility for Rostar Duties.
Additional Skills( Optional) :- Knowledge & Site Experience in Alu-form/Mivan Technology.
Selection Process: Written Test / Interview
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
