Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Physiotherapist with 3–5 years of clinical experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, developing customized treatment plans, and delivering effective physiotherapy interventions to improve patient mobility and recovery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed patient assessments and diagnose physical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
- Perform advanced therapy techniques including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans for optimal recovery
- Handle a variety of cases including orthopedic, neurological, and post-surgical rehabilitation
- Guide junior physiotherapists and support staff when required
- Educate patients and families on home care exercises and lifestyle modifications
- Maintain accurate and updated patient documentation
- Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT)
- Master’s Degree (MPT) preferred
- Valid registration with State/Central Physiotherapy Council
- 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience in hospital or clinic setup
Skills Required:
- Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
- Excellent communication and patient-handling abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Good documentation and reporting skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in ICU/critical care physiotherapy
- Exposure to advanced rehabilitation techniques
- Experience in handling post-operative and chronic pain cases
