Update lead status and maintain follow-up schedules consistently.

Schedule appointments or counseling sessions for the admissions team.
3. Information Provider

Clearly explain Scholartude’s courses, features, fee structure, schedules, and benefits.

Address frequently asked questions and handle basic objections professionally.

Redirect complex or technical queries to the appropriate department (Admissions/Counseling).
4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and next action steps in CRM or Excel sheets.

Prepare daily and weekly call reports and submit them to the supervisor.
5. Targets & Performance

Achieve daily calling targets and lead conversion goals.

Contribute to team targets and overall admission growth.

Maintain quality communication standards while meeting performance expectations.
