About the Role: We are hiring a Sales CRM Executive to manage lead data, track the sales pipeline, and support the sales team with reporting and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer/lead data in the CRM system
- Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion at every stage
- Generate regular sales and lead reports for management
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely client follow-ups
- Identify gaps in the sales process and suggest improvements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 1-2 years of experience working with CRM tools/sales data
- Good with MS Excel and data organization
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
