Summary:
We are looking for CNC Machine Programmer / Setter for Milling (VMC/HMC) Machines. The candidate should have thorough understanding of manufacturing concepts & processes. The candidate should independently be able to understand Engineering drawings, come up with operation sequence to manufacture parts, design / develop fixtures as needed, select required cutting tools, program and machine the parts to completion, train operators for bulk production, monitor and optimize programs during production.
Qualification and Skills required:
- ITI / Diploma / B.E.
- Knowledge in operating FANUC / Siemens Controller
- CAM software knowledge is an added benefit
Experience:
Minimum 8 years
Responsibilities:
- Program / Setup Milling (VMC) Machines
- Study and understand Engineering Drawings, and come up with operation sequence to manufacture
- Design and develop fixtures
- Cycle time reduction by optimizing CNC programs and selecting apt cutting tools
- New Product Development
- Enhancing Production efficiency
