Job Title: Performance Marketing Expert (Google & Meta Ads)

We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Expert with 1+ years of experience in running and scaling campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of campaign automation, AI-based marketing tools, competitor research, and high-scale ad operations.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns Handle Mobile App Campaigns, Website Traffic, Lead Generation, CPC, PPC, and Conversion campaigns.
Manage large-scale campaign creation using automation tools, scripts, bulk upload systems, or AI tools
Research competitor ads, creatives, funnels, websites, and apps using Ad Library and spy tools
Create or generate ad creatives using AI tools and optimization platforms
Monitor ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and overall campaign performance
Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Analyze campaign data and provide optimization strategies
Work on audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling methods
Stay updated with Google & Meta advertising policies and trends
Required Skills
Strong experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
Knowledge of campaign automation and bulk campaign management
Experience with AI marketing tools, creative generation tools, and ad spy tools
Understanding of analytics, tracking, and conversion optimization
Experience with App Promotion Campaigns and Website Marketing
Ability to analyze competitor strategies and market trends
Knowledge of Pixel, Firebase, GA4, GTM, and event tracking
Preferred Skills
Experience in utility apps or high-scale ad accounts
Knowledge of cloaking, tracking tools, or advanced scaling methods is a plus Creative thinking and strong problem-solving skills
Experience Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience
