Job Description – Back Office Executive
Position Overview
The Back Office Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative and backend operations, ensuring smooth office functioning, and supporting coordination between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling daily back office administrative tasks and documentation
- Maintaining records, files, and reports in a systematic manner
- Coordinating with staff, vendors, and clients for smooth workflow
- Preparing official documents, emails, and reports
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Assisting in billing, data entry, and basic accounts-related work
- Handling phone calls, correspondence, and follow-ups
- Supporting management in operational and administrative activities
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Required Qualification
- Minimum: Graduation (Preferred)
- OR
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative/back office workExperience
- Minimum 2+ years in back office, administration, or related field (Preferred)
Skills Required
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong record-keeping and documentation ability
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic understanding of office procedures
