Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP PS (Project System) Consultant with strong expertise in Greenfield Implementation projects for Construction / EPC / Infrastructure domain. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, project planning, budgeting, cost control, and integration with cross-functional SAP modules.
The ideal candidate must have worked on end-to-end implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, go-live, and support for large construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP PS Greenfield implementation projects for Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure domain.
- Configure SAP PS components including:
- WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
- Networks & Activities
- Milestones & Scheduling
- Project Planning & Costing
- Budgeting & Availability Control
- Settlement & Revenue Recognition
- Manage project lifecycle from project creation to settlement.
- Work on project cash flow, milestone billing, and project execution processes.
- Handle integration with SAP modules:
- SAP MM
- SAP SD
- SAP FICO
- SAP PM
- Participate in:
- Requirement Gathering
- Fit-Gap Analysis
- Blueprint Workshops
- Configuration
- UAT
- Go-Live & Hypercare Support
- Support data migration and master data activities.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP team for developments.
- Provide user training and documentation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers for smooth implementation.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP PS configuration and implementation.
- Minimum 2–3 End-to-End Greenfield Implementations in SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in Construction / EPC / Infrastructure projects is mandatory.

- Knowledge of SAP PS integration with FICO/MM/SD modules.
- Good understanding of SAP Activate Methodology.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud / EPPM.
- Exposure to Agile implementation methodology.
- Knowledge of project cashflow and CAPEX/OPEX management.
- SAP Certification in SAP PS is preferred.
