Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Python + React Lead Developer with strong expertise in Python, React.js, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF). The ideal candidate should have experience leading development teams, building scalable web applications, and delivering high-quality software in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable applications using Python, Django, React.js, and DRF.
- Design and integrate secure RESTful APIs.
- Lead, mentor, and guide development teams through code reviews and technical support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements.
- Ensure application performance, security, and code quality.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Python development.
- 3+ years of experience in React.js.
- Strong hands-on experience with Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases, Git, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Eligibility
- B.E./B.Tech./MCA/M.Sc. with 60–65%+ throughout academics and no educational gaps.
- Team Lead experience or strong leadership capabilities.
- Immediate joiners preferred (15–20 days, up to 1 month notice period).
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
