Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Senior Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in Academic Counseling/Inside Sales and a passion for helping students choose the right preparation program for JEE & NEET. This is a target-based sales role requiring excellent communication and counseling skills.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding JEE & NEET preparation programs.
Understand students' academic needs and recommend suitable courses.
Convert qualified leads into admissions through effective counseling.
Conduct follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a seamless admission experience.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and student support.
Requirements
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Academic Counseling, Admission Counseling, Inside Sales, or EdTech Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Experience in selling JEE/NEET or other competitive exam preparation courses is preferred.
Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
