Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads to improve ROAS and reduce CPL
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Manage Search, Display, Remarketing, and Lead Generation campaigns
- Track conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives
- Stay updated with the latest PPC trends and platform updates
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking
- Understanding of lead generation and funnel strategies
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience in campaign optimization and reporting
Experience
- 1–4 years in PPC/Performance Marketing
Pay: ₹17,376.52 - ₹58,521.20 per month
