Job Opportunity: Sales & Marketing Executive (B2B & Corporate)
KonkanArabia Hospitality & Holiday Management Group is looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executives to expand our footprint across major Indian markets. We specialize in delivering premium holiday packages and hospitality services, and we are looking for professionals who can bridge the gap between our offerings and corporate/B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Channel Development: Identify and partner with travel agents, tour operators, and freelance consultants to drive holiday package sales.
- Corporate Tie-ups: Pitch and secure annual holiday contracts, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and employee wellness packages for corporate clients.
- Market Expansion: Focus on lead generation and client acquisition across key territories including Mumbai (Old & New), Nagpur, Nashik, Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Noida.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Sales Strategy: Execute targeted marketing campaigns and tele-calling strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in Hospitality, Travel, or Tourism sales is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations to corporate decision-makers.
- Networking: A strong existing network within the corporate sector or B2B travel industry is a significant advantage.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client meetings and site visits.
- Self-Starter: A proactive individual who can work independently and manage the full sales lifecycle from lead to conversion.
