ob Description
We are looking for skilled Network Engineers and IT Support Engineers to support enterprise IT infrastructure and end-user environments across various project locations in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite IT and network support.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity issues.
- Support desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain network and end-user devices.
- Coordinate with remote technical teams for issue resolution.
- Manage IT assets and maintain technical documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, and office IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Willingness to travel or relocate as required by project needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- CCNA, Network+, or equivalent networking certifications.
- Experience in Network Support, Desktop Support, IT Infrastructure Support, NOC, or Helpdesk environments.
